服务条款
1. 服务概述
VoxFigure Studio（"本服务"）是由 VoxFigure Studio独立开发运营的像素角色 3D 打印模型文件生成服务：注册用户上传自有像素角色皮肤（PNG），经自动化工具转为多色 FDM 打印机可用的 3MF 文件，并提供在线 3D 预览。本服务并非 Mojang/Microsoft 或任何游戏开发商的官方产品。
2. 用户资格与账号
- 使用生成/导出/下载需注册账号，并完成邮箱验证后方可登录；请妥善保管账号凭据。
- 本服务不面向未满 14 周岁的未成年人；14–18 周岁应在监护人知情同意下使用。
- 注册时须勾选同意本《服务条款》与《隐私声明》；使用本服务即表示接受其全部内容。
3. 服务内容与积分
- 免费额度：注册赠送一次性永久积分；每日签到领取当日有效积分。在线 3D 预览不消耗积分。
- 积分消耗：生成上色模型按所选内容消耗积分（裸身与每件盔甲分别计权重，颜色数不计费）；导出与下载 3MF 不再额外消耗积分。具体规则以定价页为准。
- 积分性质：积分为服务内虚拟使用额度，不是法定货币、不可提现、不可转让；当日积分当日 24:00 失效，永久积分不过期。
- 充值与会员（即将上线）：未来将通过爱发电订阅 / 卡密激活提供付费充值与会员档位，价格与权益以届时页面为准。
- 我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止任何功能的权利，并尽合理努力提前通知。
4. 用户内容与知识产权
- 上传皮肤的知识产权归用户或原作者所有；我们不主张任何所有权。
- 用户保证：上传内容为本人原创或已获合法授权，不侵犯第三方权益，不含违法/淫秽/暴恐/仇恨内容，不含未经授权的第三方商业品牌标识。
- 本服务的 3D 模型结构设计、软件代码、界面设计及技术文档的知识产权归我们所有，不适用 CC/MIT/GPL 等标准许可协议。
- 授权范围（当前阶段：仅个人使用）：对生成的 3MF 文件授予非独占、不可转让的个人使用授权（个人打印、收藏、赠予亲友）。当前阶段不提供商业授权，未经书面授权不得用于销售或其他商业用途。
- 禁止：转售/分发/公开共享生成的 3MF 文件本身；逆向工程模型结构；批量工业化生产。
- 因用户上传内容侵权引发的纠纷由用户自行承担全部责任并赔偿我们的损失。
5. 积分、充值与退款
- 免费赠送的积分不涉及付费，不可兑换现金。
- 充值/会员（上线后）：鉴于虚拟商品与数字交付特性，已充值积分/已开通会员原则上不予退款；如因我方原因导致服务长时间不可用，可联系协商补偿。第三方平台（如爱发电）付款的争议同时适用其规则。
- 3MF 文件一经生成交付原则上不退款；如因我方技术原因无法使用（文件损坏、颜色映射严重错误），免费重新生成。
- 打印成品（如提供）：确认预览后下单，开始打印后不接受主观原因退款；质量问题（严重翘边/断层/缺件）重印或退款。
6. 免责
- 本服务按"现状"与"可用时"提供，不保证不中断或无错误。
- 不担保生成文件在第三方切片软件/打印机上的兼容性（针对 BambuStudio 优化）。
- 用户 3D 打印导致的打印失败、设备损坏、耗材浪费等损失，我们不承担责任；请打印前自行预检查。
- 不可抗力（自然灾害、网络攻击、政策变更、第三方服务中断等）导致的中断或数据丢失，我们不承担责任。
7. 第三方知识产权
"Minecraft" 是 Mojang Studios（Microsoft 子公司）的注册商标，本服务提及相关术语仅用于描述兼容性与功能用途。本服务不包含/分发/复制任何 Minecraft 游戏资产；皮肤由用户自行提供。"BambuStudio" 为深圳拓竹科技（Bambu Lab）产品，与本服务无官方关系。
8. 条款修改与争议解决
我们保留随时修改本条款的权利，重大变更将通过界面公告或注册邮箱通知，变更后继续使用视为接受。本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖；争议先友好协商，协商不成可向我方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
隐私声明
1. 我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：注册邮箱与密码（密码以加盐哈希存储，我们无法看到明文）；邮箱用于登录、验证与必要通知。
- 皮肤文件：你上传的像素角色皮肤 PNG。
- 反馈内容：反馈窗口提交的文字及可选联系方式。
- 使用数据：积分流水、签到记录、生成记录（次数、所选部件、参数）。
- 自动数据：浏览器/系统/分辨率（优化预览）、IP 与访问日志（安全、限流防刷、排查）。
- 支付相关（充值上线后）：通过爱发电等平台付款时你在订单备注填写的登录邮箱、订单号、金额、档位匹配结果；我们不直接收集或存储银行卡/支付账号等敏感支付信息。
- 不收集：Minecraft 游戏账号/密码、生物识别、精确地理位置、通讯录；不使用第三方用户画像跟踪。
2. 信息的使用
仅用于：提供核心服务、账号与积分结算、按用户隔离存储你的文件、支付核对（充值上线后）、安全与审计、服务改进、遵守法律义务。我们不会用于上述以外用途，也不出售你的个人信息。
3. 皮肤与生成文件的处理
- 上传皮肤与生成的模型/3MF 按用户隔离存储于我们的服务器（各用户独立目录），其他用户无法访问。
- 保留至你删除/注销账号或通过邮件请求删除为止；你可随时要求删除相关文件与数据。
- 不用于训练任何 AI 模型或机器学习算法。
- 未经你明确同意，不会在任何公开渠道展示你的皮肤与生成模型。
4. 共享、安全与你的权利
- 除获得你同意、法律要求、或为提供服务所必需的服务商（云服务器/收款平台/物流，负保密义务）外，不与第三方共享个人信息。
- 安全措施：HTTPS 传输、密码加盐哈希、按用户隔离的访问控制、接口限流、定期审计；但互联网传输无绝对安全。
- 你有权要求删除全部个人数据、获取信息副本、撤回此前同意。请通过下方邮箱联系，我们将在 15 个工作日内处理。
- 未满 14 周岁不在服务对象之列；如误收未成年人信息将尽快删除。
免责声明
VoxFigure Studio 是独立第三方技术工具，与 Mojang/Microsoft/网易/Bambu Lab 无任何官方关联或授权。模型结构为原创设计；用户须自行确保上传皮肤拥有合法使用权。3D 打印成品因 FDM 工艺限制可能存在轻微色差与层纹，属正常现象。PLA 材质不耐高温（约 60°C 变形），请避免阳光直射/车内/高温环境。成品为模型/收藏品，非儿童玩具，含小零件，不适合 3 岁以下儿童。打印过程中的耗材、设备损耗与打印失败风险由用户自担。

VoxFigure Studio is an independent third-party technical tool with no official partnership, authorization, or endorsement from Mojang Studios, Microsoft, Shenzhen Tuozhu Technology (Bambu Lab), or any game developer. "Minecraft" is a registered trademark of Mojang Studios. The IP of uploaded skins belongs to the user or original creator.
Terms of Service
1. Service Overview
VoxFigure Studio (the "Service") is a pixel-character 3D-print model-file generation service independently developed and operated by VoxFigure Studio: registered users upload their own pixel-character skins (PNG), which our automated tools convert into 3MF files for multi-color FDM printers, with online 3D preview. This Service is not an official product of Mojang/Microsoft or any game developer.
2. Eligibility & Account
- Generation/export/download require a registered account and a verified email before login; keep your credentials safe.
- The Service is not directed at minors under 14; those aged 14–18 should use it with guardian consent.
- Registration requires agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy; using the Service means you accept them in full.
3. Scope & Credits
- Free allowance: a one-time permanent-credit grant on sign-up; daily check-in grants same-day credits. Online 3D preview costs no credits.
- Credit consumption: generating a colored model costs credits by content (bare body and each armor piece weighted separately; color count is not charged); exporting and downloading the 3MF costs no additional credits. See the pricing page for exact rules.
- Nature of credits: credits are an in-service virtual allowance — not legal tender, non-withdrawable, non-transferable; same-day credits expire at 24:00, permanent credits do not expire.
- Top-up & membership (coming soon): paid top-ups and membership tiers will be offered via Afdian subscription / card-key activation; prices and benefits per the page at that time.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with reasonable advance notice.
4. User Content & IP
- The IP of uploaded skins belongs to the user or original creator; we claim no ownership.
- You warrant that uploaded content is your original work or duly licensed, infringes no third-party rights, and contains no illegal/obscene/terrorist/hateful content or unauthorized third-party commercial brand logos.
- The Service's 3D structural design, software code, UI, and technical docs are our IP; no standard CC/MIT/GPL license applies.
- License granted (current stage: personal use only): a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license for generated 3MF files (personal printing, collection, gifts to friends/family). No commercial license is granted at this stage; no sale or commercial use without our separate written authorization.
- Prohibited: reselling/redistributing/publicly sharing the 3MF files themselves; reverse-engineering the model structure; mass industrial production.
- Disputes from infringing uploads are the user's sole responsibility, and the user shall indemnify us for resulting losses.
5. Credits, Top-up & Refunds
- Freely granted credits involve no payment and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Top-up/membership (once live): given the nature of virtual goods and digital delivery, purchased credits / activated memberships are generally non-refundable; if the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us to discuss compensation. Disputes for third-party payments (e.g. Afdian) also follow that platform's rules.
- Once a 3MF file is generated and delivered it is generally non-refundable; if it is unusable due to our technical fault (corruption, severe color-mapping error) we will regenerate it for free.
- Printed products (if offered): order after confirming the preview; no refunds for subjective reasons once printing begins; quality issues (severe warping/layer separation/missing parts) are reprinted or refunded.
6. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available"; we do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free.
- We do not warrant compatibility of generated files with third-party slicers/printers (optimized for BambuStudio).
- We are not liable for printing failures, equipment damage, or filament waste from your 3D printing; pre-check before printing.
- We are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, policy changes, third-party outages, etc.).
7. Third-Party IP
"Minecraft" is a registered trademark of Mojang Studios (a Microsoft subsidiary); related terms are used only to describe compatibility and function. The Service contains/distributes/reproduces no Minecraft game assets; skins are provided by users. "BambuStudio" is a product of Shenzhen Tuozhu Technology (Bambu Lab), with no official relationship to this Service.
8. Modification & Disputes
We may modify these Terms at any time; significant changes will be announced via the interface or registered email, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes are first resolved through negotiation, failing which either party may sue in the competent People's Court at our location.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
- Account info: registration email and password (stored salted-hashed; we cannot see the plaintext); email is used for login, verification, and necessary notices.
- Skin files: the pixel-character skin PNGs you upload.
- Feedback: text you submit via the feedback window, plus optional contact info.
- Usage data: credit ledger, check-in records, generation records (count, selected parts, parameters).
- Automatic data: browser/OS/resolution (to optimize preview), IP and access logs (security, rate-limiting, troubleshooting).
- Payment-related (once top-up is live): when paying via platforms like Afdian, the login email you note in the order, plus order number, amount, and tier-matching result; we do not directly collect or store sensitive payment data such as card/account numbers.
- We do NOT collect: your Minecraft game account/password, biometrics, precise location, or contacts; no third-party profiling/tracking.
2. How We Use Information
Only for: providing the core service; account and credit settlement; per-user isolated storage of your files; payment reconciliation (once top-up is live); security and auditing; service improvement; and legal compliance. We will not use your information beyond these purposes, nor sell your personal information.
3. Handling of Uploads & Generated Files
- Uploaded skins and generated models/3MF are stored per-user on our servers (a separate directory per user); other users cannot access them.
- They are retained until you delete/close your account or request deletion by email; you may request deletion at any time.
- They are not used to train any AI model or machine-learning algorithm.
- Without your explicit consent, your skins and generated models will not be shown on any public channel.
4. Sharing, Security & Your Rights
- We do not share personal information with third parties except with your consent, where legally required, or with service providers necessary to operate (cloud servers/payment platforms/logistics, bound by confidentiality).
- Security: HTTPS transport, salted-hashed passwords, per-user access control, API rate-limiting, periodic audits; however, no internet transmission is absolutely secure.
- You may request deletion of all your personal data, a copy of your information, and withdrawal of prior consent. Contact the email below; we will process within 15 business days.
- Minors under 14 are not within our user base; information inadvertently collected from minors will be deleted promptly.
Disclaimer
VoxFigure Studio is an independent third-party tool with no official affiliation with or authorization from Mojang/Microsoft/NetEase/Bambu Lab. The model structure is an original design; users must ensure they have the right to use uploaded skins. Due to FDM limitations, printed products may show slight color deviation and layer lines, which is normal. PLA is not heat-resistant (deforms around 60°C); avoid direct sunlight/vehicles/high heat. Products are models/collectibles, not children's toys, contain small parts, and are unsuitable for children under 3. Filament/equipment wear and print-failure risks during printing are borne by the user.
