VoxFigure Studio 服务条款
1. 服务概述
VoxFigure Studio（"本服务"）是由 voxfigure team独立开发运营的像素角色 3D 打印模型文件生成服务：注册用户上传自有像素角色皮肤（PNG），经自动化工具转为多色 FDM 打印机可用的 3MF 文件，并提供在线 3D 预览，以及可选的进阶导出功能（如叠色头部展开件、打印贴纸套件，面向符合条件的会员档位开放）。本服务并非 Mojang/Microsoft 或任何游戏开发商的官方产品；商标与第三方关系见《知识产权与侵权政策》。
2. 用户资格与账号
- 使用生成/导出/下载需注册账号，并完成邮箱验证后方可登录；请妥善保管账号凭据，账号下的活动由你负责。
- 本服务不面向未满 14 周岁的未成年人；14–18 周岁应在监护人知情同意下使用。如发现未成年人在未经监护人同意的情况下使用本服务，我们有权限制或删除相关账号与数据。
- 注册时须勾选同意本《服务条款》及《隐私声明》《退款政策》《知识产权与侵权政策》；使用本服务即表示接受其全部内容。
3. 服务运行授权
为使本服务得以运行，你在上传内容时，即授予本服务一项非独占、可撤销、不可转让、仅为提供本服务所必需的授权，用于存储、处理、转换、渲染、生成模型文件并向你提供下载，以及为此进行的必要临时缓存。该授权不包含将你的内容用于训练 AI、对外展示或任何与提供服务无关的用途。该授权将在相关内容被删除或账号注销后终止，但法律法规另有要求或常规技术备份周期内除外。
4. 服务内容与积分
- 免费额度：注册赠送一次性永久积分；每日签到领取当日有效积分。在线 3D 预览不消耗积分。
- 积分消耗：生成与在线预览免费；首次导出某次生成的 3MF 时按所选内容计费（裸身与每件盔甲分别计权重，不因颜色数量计费）；同一次生成的重复导出与历史记录重新下载不再计费。具体规则以定价页为准。
- 历史记录：已导出的结果会保留在历史记录中供限期免费重新下载（含贴纸套件等导出附件），保留数量与期限以界面为准；你可以随时删除任一记录。
- 积分性质：积分为服务内虚拟使用额度，不是法定货币、不可提现、不可转让；当日积分当日 24:00 失效，永久积分在当前规则下不过期。退款相关见《退款政策》。
- 充值与会员：可通过爱发电（Afdian）购买永久积分包或订阅会员档位（基础/进阶/旗舰·工作室），价格与权益以定价页为准；部分进阶导出功能按会员档位开放。付款时须在订单备注中填写本站登录邮箱以便自动到账，未填写可联系我们人工补录。
- 我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止任何功能的权利，并将在合理情况下提前通过界面或注册邮箱通知用户。
5. 可接受使用
你同意不从事下列行为：上传侵权或违法内容；恶意刷取或套现积分；以自动化方式批量请求、抓取或滥用接口；绕过额度、限流或安全机制；攻击、干扰或试图破坏服务稳定性与安全；冒用他人身份或妨碍他人正常使用。
6. 账号限制与终止
- 出现下列情形时，我们有权限制、中止或终止你对本服务的使用：违反法律法规或本系列条款；恶意刷取积分；自动化滥用；侵权投诉成立；攻击或显著影响服务稳定性与安全。
- 账号被终止后：未使用的积分可能失效；与账号关联的数据与文件可能被删除；已生成的文件可能无法恢复。涉及付费的处理同时适用《退款政策》。
- 你也可随时停止使用并申请注销账号。
7. 免责与责任限制
- 本服务按"现状"与"可用时"提供，不保证不中断或无错误。
- 不担保生成文件在第三方切片软件/打印机上的兼容性（针对 BambuStudio 优化）。
- 3D 打印与成品风险：因 FDM 工艺限制，成品可能存在轻微色差与层纹，属正常现象；PLA 材质不耐高温（约 60°C 变形），请避免阳光直射/车内/高温环境；成品为模型/收藏品，非儿童玩具，含小零件，不适合 3 岁以下儿童。打印过程中的耗材、设备损耗与打印失败风险由用户自担，请打印前自行预检查。
- 不可抗力（自然灾害、网络攻击、政策变更、第三方服务中断等）导致的中断或数据丢失，我们不承担责任。
- 责任限制：在法律允许的最大范围内，我方不对间接、偶发、惩罚性或后果性损失负责。对付费用户，我方累计赔偿责任以你就相关服务实际支付的金额为限；对免费服务，在法律允许的最大范围内，我方不承担金钱赔偿责任。
8. 条款修改与适用法律
我们保留随时修改本系列条款的权利，重大变更将通过界面公告或注册邮箱通知，变更后继续使用视为接受。本系列条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖；争议先友好协商，协商不成可向我方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
VoxFigure Studio Terms of Service
1. Service Overview
VoxFigure Studio (the "Service") is a pixel-character 3D-print model-file generation service independently developed and operated by voxfigure team: registered users upload their own pixel-character skins (PNG), which our automated tools convert into 3MF files for multi-color FDM printers, with online 3D preview and optional advanced export add-ons (e.g. stacked-color head net, print-and-cut sticker kit, available to eligible membership tiers). The Service is not an official product of Mojang/Microsoft or any game developer; trademark and third-party matters are covered in the IP & Takedown Policy.
2. Eligibility & Account
- Generation/export/download require a registered account and a verified email before login; keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account.
- The Service is not directed at minors under 14; those aged 14–18 should use it with guardian consent. If we find a minor using the Service without guardian consent, we may restrict or delete the related account and data.
- Registration requires agreeing to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and IP & Takedown Policy; using the Service means you accept them in full.
3. Service-Operation License
So that the Service can function, when you upload content you grant the Service a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license, limited to what is necessary to provide the Service, to store, process, transform, render, generate model files from, and deliver downloads to you, including necessary temporary caching for those purposes. This license does not permit using your content to train AI, public display, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service. It terminates when the content is deleted or your account is closed, except where required by law or within routine technical backup cycles.
4. Scope & Credits
- Free allowance: a one-time permanent-credit grant on sign-up; daily check-in grants same-day credits. Online 3D preview costs no credits.
- Credit consumption: generation and online preview are free; the first export of a generation's 3MF is charged by content (bare body and each armor piece weighted separately; not charged by color count); re-exports of the same generation and history re-downloads cost nothing. See the pricing page for exact rules.
- History: exported results are kept in your history for free re-download for a limited window (including export extras such as the sticker kit); retention count and duration are as shown in the interface, and you may delete any record at any time.
- Nature of credits: credits are an in-service virtual allowance — not legal tender, non-withdrawable, non-transferable; same-day credits expire at 24:00, and permanent credits do not expire under the current rules. Refund matters are covered in the Refund Policy.
- Top-up & membership: permanent credit packs and membership tiers (Basic/Pro/Studio) are available via Afdian; prices and benefits per the pricing page, and some advanced export features are unlocked by tier. When paying, write your login email in the order remark so credits arrive automatically; if omitted, contact us for manual reconciliation.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, and will give reasonable advance notice via the interface or registered email where practicable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload infringing or unlawful content; maliciously farm or cash out credits; make automated bulk requests, scrape, or abuse the API; circumvent quotas, rate limits, or security mechanisms; attack, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the stability and security of the Service; or impersonate others or interfere with others' normal use.
6. Account Restriction & Termination
- We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your use of the Service if: you violate laws or this set of policies; maliciously farm credits; engage in automated abuse; a takedown complaint against you is upheld; or you attack or materially affect the Service's stability and security.
- After termination: unused credits may lapse; data and files associated with the account may be deleted; and already-generated files may not be recoverable. Payment-related handling also follows the Refund Policy.
- You may also stop using the Service and request account closure at any time.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available"; we do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free.
- We do not warrant compatibility of generated files with third-party slicers/printers (optimized for BambuStudio).
- 3D printing & product risks: due to FDM limitations, products may show slight color deviation and layer lines, which is normal; PLA is not heat-resistant (deforms around 60°C) — avoid direct sunlight/vehicles/high heat; products are models/collectibles, not children's toys, contain small parts, and are unsuitable for children under 3. Filament/equipment wear and print-failure risks are borne by the user; pre-check before printing.
- We are not liable for interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, policy changes, third-party outages, etc.).
- Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. For paid users, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the relevant service; for free service, to the maximum extent permitted by law we bear no monetary liability.
8. Modification & Governing Law
We may modify this set of policies at any time; significant changes will be announced via the interface or registered email, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These policies are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes are first resolved through negotiation, failing which either party may sue in the competent People's Court at our location.
