要点速览：我们仅收集提供服务必需的信息（邮箱、你上传的皮肤、使用与日志数据）；用于运行与改进服务，不出售你的个人信息，也不用于训练 AI；你的文件按用户隔离存储；你可随时要求查阅、复制、更正或删除你的数据、注销账号。本服务的服务器位于中国香港。
1. 我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：注册邮箱与密码（密码以加盐哈希存储，我们无法看到明文）；邮箱用于登录、验证与必要通知。
- 皮肤文件：你上传的像素角色皮肤 PNG。
- 头像与昵称（可选）：你可上传头像图片（服务器会将其重新编码为 128 像素 PNG 后存储，可随时更换或删除）并设置昵称；昵称与头像可能在你参与鸣谢名单等场景时展示。
- 反馈内容：反馈窗口提交的文字及可选联系方式。
- 使用数据：积分流水、签到记录、生成记录（次数、所选部件、参数）。
- 自动数据：浏览器/系统/分辨率（优化预览）、IP 与访问日志（安全、限流防刷、排查）；安全与访问日志通常保留不超过 180 天，法律法规另有要求除外。
- 支付相关：通过爱发电等平台付款时你在订单备注填写的登录邮箱、订单号、金额、档位匹配结果；我们不直接收集或存储银行卡/支付账号等敏感支付信息。
- Cookie 与本地存储：我们仅使用浏览器本地存储（localStorage）保存你的界面偏好（语言、主题）与皮肤使用权确认状态，用于改善体验，不用于跨站跟踪或广告；你可随时在浏览器中清除。
- 不收集：Minecraft 游戏账号/密码、生物识别、精确地理位置、通讯录；不使用第三方用户画像跟踪。
2. 信息的使用
仅用于：提供核心服务、账号与积分结算、按用户隔离存储你的文件、支付核对、安全与审计、服务改进、遵守法律义务。我们处理个人信息遵循《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》等适用法律，以"履行你与我们之间的服务协议所必需"及"你的同意"为合法性基础，并遵循最小必要原则。我们不会用于上述以外用途，也不出售你的个人信息。
3. 皮肤与生成文件的处理与留存
- 上传皮肤与生成的模型/3MF 按用户隔离存储于我们的服务器（各用户独立目录），其他用户无法访问。
- 相关文件与数据保留至你删除/注销账号或请求删除为止；对长期不活跃的账号，我们可能定期清理其文件以节省存储，重要文件请自行备份留存。
- 不用于训练任何 AI 模型或机器学习算法。
- 未经你明确同意，不会在任何公开渠道展示你的皮肤与生成模型。
4. 共享、安全与你的权利
- 除获得你同意、法律要求、或为提供服务所必需的服务商（云服务器/收款平台/物流，负保密义务）外，不与第三方共享个人信息。
- 安全措施：HTTPS 传输、密码加盐哈希、按用户隔离的访问控制、接口限流、定期审计；但互联网传输无绝对安全。
- 跨境数据处理：本服务的服务器与数据存储位于中国香港；如你在中国大陆使用，你的个人信息将被传输并存储于境外。在适用法律要求下，我们将通过单独提示、取得你的明示同意或其他合法方式，履行相应的跨境数据处理要求。
- 你有权查阅、复制、更正、删除你的个人信息，撤回此前同意，并注销账号。请通过下方邮箱联系，我们将在 15 个工作日内完成处理（法律法规另有要求除外）。
- 未满 14 周岁不在服务对象之列；如误收未成年人信息将尽快删除。
VoxFigure Studio Privacy Policy
At a glance: we collect only what's needed to run the service (your email, the skins you upload, usage and log data); we use it to operate and improve the service, do not sell your personal information, and do not use it to train AI; your files are stored per-user; you may request access, a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, or close your account, at any time. Our servers are located in Hong Kong, China.
1. Information We Collect
- Account info: registration email and password (stored salted-hashed; we cannot see the plaintext); email is used for login, verification, and necessary notices.
- Skin files: the pixel-character skin PNGs you upload.
- Avatar & nickname (optional): you may upload an avatar image (re-encoded server-side to a 128px PNG before storage; replaceable or deletable anytime) and set a display name; both may be shown where you opt in, such as the acknowledgements wall.
- Feedback: text you submit via the feedback window, plus optional contact info.
- Usage data: credit ledger, check-in records, generation records (count, selected parts, parameters).
- Automatic data: browser/OS/resolution (to optimize preview), IP and access logs (security, rate-limiting, troubleshooting); security and access logs are generally retained for no more than 180 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
- Payment-related: when paying via platforms like Afdian, the login email you note in the order, plus order number, amount, and tier-matching result; we do not directly collect or store sensitive payment data such as card/account numbers.
- Cookies & local storage: we use browser local storage (localStorage) only to remember your UI preferences (language, theme) and your skin-rights confirmation, to improve your experience — not for cross-site tracking or advertising; you can clear it in your browser anytime.
- We do NOT collect: your Minecraft game account/password, biometrics, precise location, or contacts; no third-party profiling/tracking.
2. How We Use Information
Only for: providing the core service; account and credit settlement; per-user isolated storage of your files; payment reconciliation; security and auditing; service improvement; and legal compliance. We process personal information in accordance with applicable laws including the PRC Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), on the legal bases of performing our service agreement with you and your consent, following the principle of minimum necessity. We will not use your information beyond these purposes, nor sell your personal information.
3. Handling & Retention of Uploads and Generated Files
- Uploaded skins and generated models/3MF are stored per-user on our servers (a separate directory per user); other users cannot access them.
- Files and data are retained until you delete/close your account or request deletion; for long-inactive accounts we may periodically purge files to save storage, so keep your own backups of anything important.
- They are not used to train any AI model or machine-learning algorithm.
- Without your explicit consent, your skins and generated models will not be shown on any public channel.
4. Sharing, Security & Your Rights
- We do not share personal information with third parties except with your consent, where legally required, or with service providers necessary to operate (cloud servers/payment platforms/logistics, bound by confidentiality).
- Security: HTTPS transport, salted-hashed passwords, per-user access control, API rate-limiting, periodic audits; however, no internet transmission is absolutely secure.
- Cross-border processing: the Service's servers and data storage are located in Hong Kong, China; if you use it from mainland China, your personal information will be transferred to and stored outside the mainland. Where required by applicable law, we will meet the corresponding cross-border data-processing requirements through a separate notice, your explicit consent, or other lawful means.
- You may access, copy, correct, and delete your personal data, withdraw prior consent, and close your account. Contact the email below; we will complete the request within 15 business days (unless the law requires otherwise).
- Minors under 14 are not within our user base; information inadvertently collected from minors will be deleted promptly.
