VoxFigure Studio 退款政策

本政策为《服务条款》的一部分,说明积分、充值/会员与成品的退款规则。积分为服务内虚拟使用额度,非法定货币、不可提现、不可转让。

1. 免费积分

注册赠送及每日签到获得的积分均为免费发放,不涉及付费,不可兑换现金、不可提现,也不构成任何退款义务。

2. 充值与会员

鉴于数字商品可复制、即时在线交付、不可回收等特性,除法律法规另有规定、或本服务存在重大技术问题导致无法正常使用外,已充值的积分与已生效的会员服务通常不支持退款。如因我方原因导致服务长时间不可用,你可联系我们协商合理补偿。通过第三方平台(如爱发电)付款的,相关争议同时适用该平台规则。

3. 生成与导出的 3MF 文件

3MF 文件一经生成交付,原则上不予退款;如因我方技术原因导致文件不可用(如文件损坏、颜色映射严重错误),我们将免费为你重新生成。生成前提供免费在线 3D 预览,请在确认效果后再导出。

4. 打印成品(如提供)

如未来提供代打印成品服务:请在确认预览后下单;开始打印后不接受主观原因(如改变主意)退款;若存在明显质量问题(严重翘边、断层、缺件等),可申请重印或退款。

5. 申请方式

如认为符合上述可退款情形,请通过 voxfigure@163.com 联系我们,并提供账号、订单号(如有)与具体问题说明;我们将在合理期限内核实处理(法律法规另有要求除外)。

VoxFigure Studio Refund Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and explains refunds for credits, top-ups/membership, and physical products. Credits are an in-service virtual allowance — not legal tender, non-withdrawable, non-transferable.

1. Free Credits

Credits granted on sign-up and via daily check-in are issued free of charge, involve no payment, cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn, and create no refund obligation.

2. Top-ups & Membership

Given that digital goods are copyable, delivered instantly online, and non-returnable, except where required by law, or where a major technical fault on our side prevents normal use, purchased credits and activated memberships are generally non-refundable. If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, you may contact us to discuss reasonable compensation. For payments via third-party platforms (e.g. Afdian), the relevant disputes also follow that platform's rules.

3. Generated & Exported 3MF Files

Once a 3MF file is generated and delivered it is generally non-refundable; if it is unusable due to a technical fault on our side (e.g. corruption, severe color-mapping error), we will regenerate it for you free of charge. A free online 3D preview is provided before generation — please confirm the result before exporting.

4. Printed Products (if offered)

If a print-on-demand product service is offered in future: order after confirming the preview; no refunds for subjective reasons (e.g. change of mind) once printing begins; for clear quality issues (severe warping, layer separation, missing parts, etc.) you may request a reprint or refund.

5. How to Request

If you believe your case qualifies above, contact us via voxfigure@163.com with your account, order number (if any), and a description of the issue; we will verify and process within a reasonable period (unless the law requires otherwise).
