VoxFigure Studio 知识产权与侵权政策
1. 商标与第三方声明
"Minecraft" 是 Mojang Studios（Microsoft 子公司）的注册商标；"BambuStudio" 是深圳拓竹科技（Bambu Lab）的产品。
VoxFigure Studio 是独立第三方工具，与 Mojang Studios、Microsoft、网易或 Bambu Lab 无任何官方关联、授权、赞助或认可关系。本服务仅在描述文件格式兼容性与功能时指示性地提及上述名称，不包含、不分发、不复制任何 Minecraft 游戏资产；皮肤由用户自行提供。

2. 用户内容的知识产权
- 用户上传内容的知识产权归其合法权利人所有，我们不主张任何所有权；用户应确保自身拥有上传、使用及授权本服务处理相关内容的合法权利。
- 用户保证：上传内容为本人原创或已获合法授权，不侵犯任何第三方的著作权、商标权、肖像权或其他权益，不含违法/淫秽/暴恐/仇恨内容，不含未经授权的第三方商业品牌标识。
3. 本服务的知识产权
本服务的 3D 模型结构设计、软件代码、界面设计及技术文档的知识产权归我们所有，不适用 CC/MIT/GPL 等标准许可协议。
4. 授权范围与禁止行为
- 授权范围（当前阶段：仅个人使用）：对生成的 3MF 文件授予非独占、不可转让的个人使用授权（个人打印、收藏、赠予亲友）。当前阶段不提供商业授权，未经书面授权不得用于销售或其他商业用途。
- 禁止：转售、分发或公开共享生成的 3MF 文件本身；逆向工程模型结构；批量工业化生产；以自动化方式批量抓取、复制或商业化复用本服务生成的内容与技术输出。
- 因用户上传内容引发的任何第三方主张、投诉、索赔或纠纷，由用户独立承担全部责任，并赔偿我方由此产生的全部损失（含合理的维权、调查与律师费用）。
5. 侵权投诉与通知-删除
我们尊重知识产权并设有"通知-删除"机制。若你认为本服务中的用户上传内容侵犯了你的合法权益，请通过 voxfigure@163.com 向我们发送书面通知，并包含：(1) 权利人及联系方式；(2) 充分的权属或授权证明；(3) 涉嫌侵权内容的具体定位（账号 / 链接 / 文件标识）；(4) 你善意相信该使用未经授权的声明。我们核实合格通知后将及时移除或屏蔽相关内容，并通知上传用户；被投诉用户可提交反通知（含身份信息与不侵权说明）申辩，我们将依法处理。对多次被认定侵权的账号，我们有权暂停或终止其服务。
VoxFigure Studio IP & Takedown Policy
1. Trademark & Third-Party Notice
"Minecraft" is a registered trademark of Mojang Studios (a Microsoft subsidiary); "BambuStudio" is a product of Shenzhen Tuozhu Technology (Bambu Lab).
VoxFigure Studio is an independent third-party tool with no official affiliation, authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement from Mojang Studios, Microsoft, NetEase, or Bambu Lab. These names are used only nominatively to describe file-format compatibility and function; the Service contains, distributes, and reproduces no Minecraft game assets — skins are provided by users.

2. Intellectual Property in User Content
- The IP in user-uploaded content belongs to its rightful owner; we claim no ownership. You must ensure you hold the lawful rights to upload, use, and authorize the Service to process that content.
- You warrant that uploaded content is your original work or duly licensed, infringes no third party's copyright, trademark, likeness, or other rights, and contains no illegal/obscene/terrorist/hateful content or unauthorized third-party commercial brand logos.
3. Our Intellectual Property
The Service's 3D structural design, software code, UI, and technical docs are our IP; no standard CC/MIT/GPL license applies.
4. License Scope & Prohibited Uses
- License granted (current stage: personal use only): a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license for generated 3MF files (personal printing, collection, gifts to friends/family). No commercial license is granted at this stage; no sale or commercial use without our separate written authorization.
- Prohibited: reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing the 3MF files themselves; reverse-engineering the model structure; mass industrial production; and automated bulk scraping, copying, or commercial reuse of the Service's generated content and technical output.
- Any third-party claim, complaint, demand, or dispute arising from your uploaded content is your sole responsibility; you shall indemnify us for all resulting losses (including reasonable enforcement, investigation, and legal costs).
5. Copyright Complaints & Notice-and-Takedown
We respect intellectual property and operate a notice-and-takedown process. If you believe user-uploaded content on the Service infringes your rights, send a written notice via voxfigure@163.com including: (1) the rights holder and contact details; (2) sufficient proof of ownership or authorization; (3) the specific location of the allegedly infringing content (account / link / file identifier); and (4) a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. Upon verifying a valid notice we will expeditiously remove or disable the content and notify the uploading user, who may submit a counter-notice (with identity details and a non-infringement explanation). Accounts found to repeatedly infringe may be suspended or terminated.
